Q. How many guests can I invite?
Each party type has a standard guest count. We have parties and seating for up to 30 guest (additional fees may apply) and also have additional seating for parents.


Q. Can I have 2 guests of honor?
YES, YES, YES. You can have a two guest of honor party for an additional charge of $45. When you do we try to provide you with two party hosts to take care of ALL your party needs, including serving cake and pizza, opening presents and cleaning everything up! PLUS both guests of honor get their own special throne chair.


Q. What if I have more than 20 kids?
Each party package has a standard guest count . Additional attendees will be $10 extra per attendee.


Q. Will there be someone in the party room to serve my cake/pizza/etc?
YES, YES, YES. our party hosts are at your service. We will do EVERYTHING to make your party perfect. On top of keeping the kids involved in the bounce room we will set-up and serve all your cake and pizza as well as help the guest of honor open their presents and write down a gift list for you. We take care of everything start to finish!!!


Q. Can I give my party host a tip?
Tipping is greatly appreciated. If you feel your party host has done a great job please feel free to tip. A 10% tip is customary but how much you give should be dependant on how great the party host was.


Q. Can I bring confetti or hang streamers?
We have gone to great lengths to professionally decorate our facility, so we ask that you bring only table decorations and nothing can be hung on the walls. Absolutely no confetti or silly string will be allowed in or outside the facility. If you use them you may be subject to a $25 clean-up fee.


Q. Can I bring in my own food?
For your convenience we have signed contracts with a local confectionary (cake maker) and pizza company to be able to supply you with top quality food for your party. We can take care of all your pizza, drink and cake needs. If you choose to, you can bring your own cake, cup cakes or ice cream. If you bring any other outside food there will be a $15 charge. When you order food from us we will provide all the paper products you need.


Q. What type of Pizza do you serve?
We use only the best pizza available. We use a local pizza company because of their excellent product and service. The pizza's are delivered hot and fresh right before you enter the party room. We also have all of our pizza's double cut so that there are 16 slices. This is to help provide each guest with the amount of pizza they would like and reduce waste.


Q. Can I have alcohol for the adults?
Since we are a children's party facility we do not allow alcohol. But we do have vending machines to satisfy your pallet.


Q. When do you need to know my head count if I am ordering pizza or goodie bags?
We will call you 2-4 days before your party to get a final head count and confirm your order. If you have any last minute changes to your pizza order you must contact a party host directly (do not leave a message as we will not check it in time.)


Q. What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza or goody bag order?
If you have any last minute changes to your pizza order you must contact a party host directly (do not leave a message as we will not check it in time.) For goodie bags you will only be charged for what you use at the end of the party. You may bring you own goodie bags or balloons.


Q. How much does a large pizza feed and what about their drinks?
We only serve the best pizza. All our pizzas are double cut (meaning smaller slices for the kids) and each pizza is a large with 12 regular slices (or 16 double cut slices). To get a better understanding of how many pizzas you may need contact us and we'd be happy to help you. We can box up any leftovers to send home with you. With every party we offer free fruit punch and with every pizza package you get one 2 liter bottle of soda.


Q. Do you charge per attendee for pizza and drinks.
We don't charge a per attendee fee for food. You order as much pizza as you need. With each pizza we provide a 2-liter bottle of non-caffeinated soda, all the paper products you need and all parties come with enough fruit punch for everyone.


Q. Why should we put 10 minutes time sooner than our party actually starts on our invitations?
We suggest that your guests have a 10 minute window to arrive (As many guest will be 15 minutes late. This way all of your party guests will be there when your party starts, to hear the rules and get your child's full play time.


Q. How early should I arrive before my party?
It is best if you arrive the same time your party does (10-15 minutes early). Our party host will take care of all the set-up so you don't need to. Just arrive with your guests and let our party host take care of everything.


Q. Can I bring my own decorations, paper products in myself and set them up before my party?
With every party we provide your paper products (plates, cups napkins) and utensils free of charge. These are generic and have no theme. If you would like to bring your own theme decorations, such as plates, cups, napkins and table cloth, feel free to do so. Just make sure to let your party host know as soon as you arrive so they can set everything up for you. Just hand them your decorations and go enjoy the party.


Q. What else do I need to bring in besides my cake?
NOTHING!!!!! We provide everything. We have a cake knife (and our hosts will cut and serve it for you!), candles and matches. We also provide fruit punch for every party. Just show up and we'll take care of everything.


Q. Can we put family members on the same waiver?
Yes. There is no need to fill out separate waivers for each member of your family. Just put all their information on one waiver. We have extra waivers at the facility if you need them.


Q. What should my guests bring to the party?
Your guest should bring their sign waivers and a pair of socks (yes, socks are required and everyone must have a pair)

Q. Are drinks provided with a party booking?
YES, With every party booking we offer all you can drink fruit punch and water. If you order a pizza package you will get soda with each package as well as the fruit punch.


Q. Do you have a special party chair for the guest of honor?
YES, We have two large throne chairs for our guest(s) of honor. These chairs and our party host make your child the center of attention throughout the party.
